Summer Stargazing at the Lake

Summer Stargazing at the lake: This past summer Grace and I spent a week at the Lake. During the day we played in the Lake with our Kayaks, when the forest fire smoke was not bad we lounged outside under the stars,  I have shared here some of the images of the night sky from that time.

By lake I mean the Crawling Valley Campground.  Where spots can be found that are shaded from other camper’s lights, and are dark enough to get a deep view of the skies.  The images below highlight what cam be seen.  the colourful trees are illuminated in the longer exposures.
